Anything shown on this site can be ordered and payed for online using the secure Stripe basket and payment system. Packing and postage charges will be added during the checkout process.
You can pay with any credit card via Stripe and don’t need to have an account for that.

By using the Singular & Multiple website, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offers without notice.
What information do we collect?
Singular and Multiple does not receive and does not collect credit card information. All payments are made through the Stripe service using their security encryption system for all information.
We collect some personal information which is necessary to complete your order, and by providing this information you agree that you do not object to us contacting you while processing your order
by telephone, email, or in writing and you confirm that you do not consider any of these reason to be in breach of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
Your personal information will only be used for Singular & Multiple activities and never disclosed to an outside company.
Orders & Stock
Our products can be delivered anywhere in the world. Packaging and postage charges are not included in the unit price of each item will be added during the checkout process. Delivery charges are non refundable in all circumstances.
All orders (unless specified otherwise) are dispatched twice per week using Royal Mail. Delivery varies based on your location. In some cases it may take up to three or four weeks for your goods to arrive.
We will always reply should we feel we need to cancel your order and we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with us at anytime. Where possible we keep items in stock, however from time to time some items may be out of stock. We aim to deliver all orders within 28 days from ordering. We will contact you should stock be unavailable for any reason. Should any estimates we hove given change we will inform you as soon as we know. By placing an order with us you agree to pay for the goods in full with your own funds or with funds you are authorised to use. You should check the goods within 48 hours of arrival and inform us within this period of any damages due to delivery.
Delivery & Returns
All orders (unless specified otherwise) are dispatched twice per week through a post service. Delivery varies based on your location. In some cases it may take up to three or four weeks for your goods to arrive.
All goods will be sent to the address you provide us with. You will be able to see the total before paying. If you change of address after providing us with your address at the time of purchase, or the wrong address is given to us by mistake, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can correct that before the parcel is sent.
We won’t be responsible for the lost of a parcel which was sent to a wrong address, if the address we sent the parcel to, is the address you gave us at the time of purchase.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
If your goods are faulty, please email our customer service through our contacts page within 3 days of reception and we will advise you how to proceed. If possible, please describe the problem and send us some images.
If you would like to return an item, please read the below information. We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are unhappy with a product for a particular reason, please contact us at sam@singularandmultiple.com and let us know why you would like to return the item.
If your return has been approved by us, please post the items back to us at:

Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. If your Return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit depending on the nature of the Return. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, we strongly advise you package the items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Items are returned at your expense, this does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage costs incurred with your order are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to dispatch. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Liability Disclaimer
Singular and Multiple total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied Singular and Multiple to the customer. Singular and Multiple shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Singular and Multiple by statute.
Singular and Multiple cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. When you place an order to purchase a product from Singular and Multiple your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of an email order confirmation and dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.
Singular and Multiple endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Singular and Multiple does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us. Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. Singular and Multiple shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
